Carmelita Transport Inc., doing business as HD Truck Body ("HD Truck Body," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through our website, hdtruckbody.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices available to you. This Site is informational and does not include an online contact form, account creation, or online payment processing; the primary way visitors reach us through the Site is by phone.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following limited ways:

• Automatically collected analytics data: When you visit the Site, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, referring website, and interactions such as clicking a "Call" link. See Section 3 below and our Cookie Policy for details.
• Information you provide by phone: If you call the phone number listed on the Site, we may collect information you choose to share with us, such as your name, contact number, vehicle information, and details about the requested repair, for the purpose of preparing an estimate or scheduling service.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site itself.

2. How We Use Information

• To understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content, structure, and performance;
• To measure the effectiveness of our online presence, including which pages and calls-to-action (such as "Call" buttons) generate the most engagement;
• To respond to inquiries and provide estimates when you contact us by phone;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the analytics data described in this notice to build advertising profiles or serve targeted ads to you across other websites.

3. Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous or pseudonymous form. This information is transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics may record events such as page views, scroll depth, session start, and the custom "phone_call_click" event we have configured to measure clicks on our "Call" links. This data is used in aggregate form and is not used by us to identify you personally.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

In addition to Google Analytics, the Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may result in your browser's IP address being sent to Google in order to deliver the correct font files. We do not control this data transmission beyond enabling the font service on the Site.

5. Your Choices

• Browser controls: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect analytics collection but will not affect your ability to browse the Site or call us.
• Google Analytics opt-out: You may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics.
• Do Not Track: The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Data Retention

Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics account, consistent with Google's standard retention options. Information you provide to us by phone is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, or complete a repair, or as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

8. California Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable thresholds, California residents may have certain rights under California privacy law regarding personal information, including the right to request access to, deletion of, or information about the personal information we have collected. Because the Site's automated collection is limited to analytics data as described above, most requests are expected to relate to information you have provided to us directly by phone. To make a request, please contact us using the information in Section 10 below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
