3. Estimates and Authorization

Customers may voluntarily provide vehicle photographs to HD Truck Body by email, text message, or another approved communication method for inspection and estimate purposes. Any estimate provided by HD Truck Body, whether verbal, written, or based on photographs submitted by these methods, is preliminary and subject to change following physical inspection or disassembly of the vehicle. Additional damage discovered during the repair process may result in a revised estimate. No repair work will begin without proper authorization as required by applicable law and our internal procedures.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law;
